Maria Murphy is Head of Digital Marketing at Whirlpool, having joined the appliance manufacturer in
June 2014 to build a digital marketing team driving positive customer engagement across all digital touch points. Previously Maria worked at the forefront of online retail, for both and, optimising the customer experience across multiple digital channels. Hotpoint has seen in increase in traffic and engagement year on year of over 50% YOY. With a Hotpoint appliance now sold every 19 seconds in the UK, the focus is on developing rich digital content to
drive conversion across the UK’s leading retailers.
